Shipping

Shipping includes tracking number and insurance.

We currently ship to Canada, USA, UK, Australia, and New Zealand.

We will start shipping to other countries in the coming months.

Your order will be shipped within 5 business days from our studio in Yellowknife, NT, Canada. Delivery usually takes:

- Canada: 6-10 business days

- USA: 8-11 business days

- UK, Australia and New Zealand: 12-15 business days

You can also choose a faster shipping method at
checkout.

For USA duties and taxes are included.

For UK, Australia and New Zealand, duties and taxes will be calculated by your government once the package enters your country. They will be due at delivery.

Shipping includes a tracking number and insurance. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number. Please refer to the courier’s website to track your parcel.


Once the items leave our studio, we are no longer responsible. All
parcels are insured - if you need to claim on the insurance, please contact us and we’ll be able to help!

Worry-free shopping

We consider our sales as final. Manufacturing defects identified within 1 year of purchase will be repaired free of charge upon our inspection and approval.

Repair of damage caused by other reasons, including not following care instructions, is at the cost of the customer. For covered repairs, shipping to our studio must be paid by the customer, but we will pay for returning the parcel.

Our products are available for sale in art galleries, temporary exhibits, art fairs, and trade shows.

We keep detailed records of our snowflake’s harvest, including location and date.
